Summer Comes Early At Diversify

Summer is just around the corner but that doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate it a bit earlier. That’s exactly what Diversify did last March 16th as it held another one of its monthly company huddles.

With everyone gearing up for warm weather and trips to the beach, it was a fitting theme. Called the Summer Luau Party, our employees dressed up in some of their best beachwear and adapted to the summer mood.

Summer Fun Under The Indoor Sun

The afternoon was filled with fun games and even a few surprises that worked well with the afternoon’s tropical vibe. Members of the management team shared some updates on past wins and upcoming announcements that got the office excited. We also recognized the birthday celebrants of the month with their own celebratory cake.

With the usual huddle business out of the way, it was time to start the summer luau. Some of Diversify’s employees showed off their musical talents by performing a few songs that everyone loved. Whether it was alone or accompanied by a guitar, it showed that our employees are not just talented in their profession.

Aside from games, there was also a small fashion show for those that came in their best Hawaiian themed outfit. Pairs walked down a small runway and the best dressed couple was determined by the cheers and applause from everyone watching. To end the afternoon on a good note, mid-day snacks were served for everyone present.

Challenge Accepted

We also did something a little different and fun for during our huddle. We introduced some Diversify’s newest, but also welcomed them in our own way. All our new hires that afternoon had to participate in a Vegemite eating contest and based on the reactions, it’s definitely something we’ll continue to do.

An early summer celebration is just what Diversify needed to ring in the coming weekend. With everyone operating at their highest levels, company huddles have often become the most appropriate way to cap off the week. More than that, it’s a way of recognizing the hard work everyone at Diversify puts in each day.
