Angela’s dedication and expertise in optimising business processes has made Diversify the well-oiled machine it is. She is passionate about enabling businesses to operate at their best and understands the power of good people and an effective offshoring strategy to drive business success.
Angela has held a range of key executive positions in the professional services sector from which she has gained extensive leadership experience across the areas of finance and human resources management. From this experience, Angela also developed a deep appreciation for the importance of service delivery excellence and exceptional client care, which has shaped Diversify’s commitment to ensuring our clients’ satisfaction is paramount and our offshoring service second to none.
Head of Client Growth
Robert is the founder of Diversify and the Head of Client Growth. In this capacity, Robert leads the sales team both in Australia and internationally. Robert is a former partner of the Minter Ellison Legal Group and an experienced Company Director. With a demonstrated history of both establishing new businesses and undertaking industry consolidations, he has a strong entrepreneurial focus.
Robert’s background as an experienced commercial lawyer has provided him with the knowledge and experience to allow him to undertake successful business ventures in a range of sectors including mining, professional services and tourism.
Chief Operating Officer
Yjez is an offshoring expert. She coordinates all our client accounts and works hard to ensure you and your team are happy. With strengths in strategic organisational planning, business process improvement, and talent management, Yjez is also a quality champion, having helped to implement ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management systems.
Before joining Diversify, Yjez was an HR advisor for an Australian IT solutions provider, establishing end-to-end HR processes and best practices. In the Philippines, she has worked as an HR operations site lead in one of the fastest-growing BPO companies in the country, growing the company from 300 to 2500 employees.
Director of Client Growth - North America
As Diversify’s Associate Director in North America, Maria has her ear on the ground on current business trends that gives her an understanding of how offshored workforces can impact the country. She is responsible for determining the best offshoring practices for clients and connects them with the right team that can address their different business objectives.
Maria brings more than a decade’s experience working in the BPO landscape, holding key positions. Her skills, knowledge, and experience in business development, operations and customer satisfaction make her an indispensable part of Diversify’s management.
Director of Facilities and Administration
As the Facilities and Administration Manager for Diversify, Mia’s overall responsibility is to create an office environment that will empower staff to perform at their best. Her roles cover responsibilities such as site acquisition, site management & fit-out, logistics, procurement, vendor management, health & safety, and other administrative functions.
A Certified Safety Officer, Mia previously spent five years as a Project Manager and as the head of Facilities and Client Services at a major outsourcing provider in the Philippines. She was responsible for the direction, implementation and completion of projects that aligned with the overall company strategy. She also oversaw design and development matters related to company facilities including operational guidelines, regulations, procedures and compliance to building health and safety requirements.
Director of Talent Acquisition
In her role as Diversify’s Director for Talent Acquisition, Rita oversees all talent delivery activities, programs and strategies. She leads in the development of strategic priorities for talent acquisition while ensuring proper integration and alignment between all stakeholders. Rita also provides counsel to stakeholders in terms of their staffing needs.
A recruitment veteran for nearly 15 years, Rita has recruited for a range of industries and functions, including IT, digital advertising, social media, and back-office and contact centre support. She also has experience in establishing strong offshore teams from the ground up and has developed and implemented different recruitment strategies for many large BPO companies in the Philippines.
Accounting and Finance Director
With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, Kat oversees and handles all of Diversify’s financial operations as the company’s Financial and Accounting Manager.
Kat is also a CPA with a CIMA Diploma in Management Accounting. She previously spent more than 10 years as a Senior Financial Associate for Deutsche Knowledge Services where she supervised day to day operations and owned several process improvement projects. Kat has also worked for major companies like Nestle and Jollibee as an accounting specialist and also got her start working for Meralco, the Philippines’ biggest power distribution company.
People and Culture Manager
Diana is in charge of Diversify’s overall HR functions which include Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement. She develops, recommends and implements HR policies, strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of Diversify.
Diana has more than 14 years of HR experience, having started her career with one of the pioneer BPO companies in the Philippines in 2006. She has since held key management roles and is considered as a proficient HR generalist with extensive experience in recruitment, labour relations, employee engagement, as well as compensation and benefits. She is also a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) Targeted Selection® Interviewer.
Diana is focused on shaping a positive culture in Diversify by creating purposeful employee activities aligned with the company’s values. She champions employee engagement that supports Diversify’s high-performance culture that cares and respects for their valued employees.
Training and Quality Manager
Karla is responsible for Diversify’s end-to-end training solutions, ensuring all teams have the skills and expertise required to meet our clients’ requirements. She attends to the end-to-end training solutions and interventions for clients, their staff and management teams. Karla ensures continuous and consistent engagement through learning and development utilising varying delivery methods and collaborative processes towards relevant training impact.
Karla has 15 years of experience as a trainer across different industries. Beginning with process-specific training, she branched out into training larger and small groups on language proficiency, customer service and accent neutralization. She also spent four years working as a Training and Development Manager for a large BPO company in the Philippines, a role that she carried over and developed when she joined Diversify.
Since then, she has acquired extensive experience in analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs with topics ranging from leadership and management to core competency development.
Backed up by 10 years of experience, Dan is well versed in the IT requirements of an offshoring operation. As the resident IT manager, he oversees day-to-day management of Diversify’s IT infrastructures, security, compliance and procurement of required hardware or software. With strong expertise in IT architecture, software asset management and a range of vendor devices such as Watchguard UTM, Cisco and Windows, Dan is an expert in technology solutions for offshoring strategies.
Prior to joining Diversify, Dan was a network and systems engineer for one of the largest offshore solutions providers in the Philippines. He provided business solutions for on-boarding clients and was in charge of handling the management of various IT assets. A graduate from one of the Philippines’ most prestigious universities for technology, he continues to be an integral part of Diversify’s success.
Digital Systems Automation Manager
Drew handles the development of MyDiversify, Diversify’s online management tool. Drew leads a team of web developers whose responsibility is to manage the development of the company’s internal web application by converting most of the manual processes into automation.
Digital Marketing Manager
A Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certified marketer, Dillon is an experienced digital marketing professional with a demonstrated history of working in the digital media industry. His role fuels his passion for connecting Diversify to the world by implementing consistent engagement and marketing campaigns through the use of multiple digital marketing platforms.
Before joining Diversify, Dillon was a lead program video editor in People’s Television Network, the flagship state television network in the Philippines. He was also a Marketing and Creatives Manager for one of the biggest travel consultancy firms in the Philippines that aims to help start-up entrepreneurs.
